Ian Sackree on interim management
FE News catches up with Ian Sackree, Chief Operating Officer at Protocol during the Association of College’s National Conference. Mr Sackree talks to us about the current trend to diversify income and work with overseas partners but understands this is not possible for every college and says they need to do the best they can do with the resources that are currently available to them.
COO Ian states another change in the sector, which is the growth of the interim market as it appears colleges are struggling with staffing gaps from the what he has seen with the growth of his company in this particular area.
