#FutureOfWork: Sustainability, green skills and preparing for a green revolution | Episode 3
For the third episode in our #FutureOfWork series, Gavin O’Meara welcomes co-host David Jones (Vertical and Horizontal Markets Manager, NCFE) who joins us live from the AELP Green Skills Summit in London to discuss all things sustainability. Also appearing live from the Summit is guest speaker Paul Warner (Director of Strategy and Business Development AELP), and we’ll be hearing from Craig Woodburn, the Head of ESG at Britishvolt.
Our guest speakers will look at some of the biggest questions that face us ahead of the upcoming green industrial revolution, including what “green jobs” are, what skills we’ll need to deliver to prepare the future and current workforce, and how critical the role of education will be in shaping real change. We’ll also be exploring the biggest changes that we can expect to see over the next 10 years when it comes to sustainability and the green economy, as well as asking what we can learn from other countries when it comes to green thinking.
Feel free to join the conversation using the #FutureOfWork hashtag or by getting in touch!
