Graham Hoyle, chief executive of the Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP), reflects on key themes at the end of his organisation’s two-day annual conference.
Mr Hoyle also tells FE News how AELP welcomes the challenge of competing with colleges, which are increasingly moving onto a patch traditionally held by independent learning providers.
