Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 is 9th May-15th May.
This year’s focus is on loneliness and the impact it has on our mental health. One in four adults feel lonely some or all of the time. There is no cause or reason for loneliness. As such, there is also no solution to it! The longer we feel lonely, the more at risk we become of having mental health problems.
