Training specialist rewarded for staff support

Leading North West training provider @phxtraining has received a prestigious level of accreditation for the support it provides for its employees.

PHX Training, which hires 43 employees across its centres in Cumbria and Lancashire, has been awarded an Investors in People Silver accreditation, following a rigorous assessment of the company. A ‘We invest in people, silver accreditation’ places PHX Training in the top 15 per cent of employers assessed.

An Investors in People endorsement rewards companies which perform well in leading, supporting and improving their own staff members, including rewarding high performance, empowering its staff and offering development opportunities.
