We spoke to Morgan to ask how she was feeling about winning the West Midlands apprenticeship category and she said
“Ecstatic! I never thought it would actually be me! I worked really hard to complete my level 2 apprenticeship timely, and to the best of my ability even throughout the pandemic so it means so much to me to have received this award!”.
Carol Martin, Director of Apprenticeships at South Staffordshire College said
“Morgan is a true ambassador for what apprenticeships are all about, and we are thrilled she has been rewarded with the title of West Midlands Apprentice of the year for her hard work. We have our fingers crossed for her in the national awards!”
Morgan began her level 2 business administration apprenticeship with Avantis after attending an open day at Cannock College. Whilst at the open day Morgan saw an apprenticeship vacancies advert which caught her interest. After applying for the apprenticeship with Avantis she’s never looked back and is currently undertaking a level 3 business administration apprenticeship.
CEO of Avantis, Mark Bromley said,
“We are all so very proud of Morgan here at Avantis, we all knew she was special from the first day she walked into the office, she has brought so many amazing qualities to Avantis over the time she has been with us. She deserves all the glory, praise and prestige that comes her way!”
