Sky Revolutions join CRC Apprenticeship Information Evening

Jenna Gorham, HR Director at Sky Revolutions Ltd, and Anna Carter, Office Manager will be joining the Cambridge Regional College Apprenticeship Information Evening on Thursday 10^th February, as members of the Q&A panel.

Sky Revolutions is a well-known and authoritative voice in the world of aerial imaging, surveying, and aerial surveying and is currently the UK’s largest construction drone company. 

The company offers high quality multi-sector time-lapse films, aerial imaging, and surveying services to private and public sector institutions, Europe-wide. They are a dedicated team of professionals with more than 20 years’ experience in construction surveying. Valued for their specialist surveying skills, they offer filming, mapping, and CAD services as well as advice and data interpretation.

Director of Employer Engagement for Cambridge Regional College, Maureen Horan said, “Cambridge Regional College works with a range of local and national employers, and we are delighted to have Sky Revolutions onboard for National Apprenticeship Week. The opportunity for prospective apprentices to talk to an employer with knowledge and experience of supporting apprentices through the scheme will be invaluable.”

Jenna and Anna will be able to answer questions on the types of apprenticeship roles at Sky Revolutions, what they look for when recruiting apprentices, and why they focus on passion and enthusiasm above all else. 

Jenna adds, “We know how difficult it can be for school and college leavers, and how daunting that time is, especially when you don’t have the experience that a lot of employers demand.

It’s why we focus on personal characteristics and an appetite to learn; after all, we can teach the processes and systems needed to succeed, and train on the specifics of a role. What we really want to see is what makes a potential apprentice shine!”
