Rebranded training provider aims to make young people’s talent shine
A Liverpool based training and apprenticeships provider has unveiled a new name and brand as it looks to the future.
The Learning Foundry offers a range of traineeships and apprenticeships to help young people gain valuable work experience and help them find their passion.
For over 25 years, The Learning Foundry has been working with businesses to help young people kick start their careers in a range of talents including childcare, dental nursing, business administration and many more.
Following a year of growth, The Learning Foundry appointed Agent to develop a new brand identity which reflects the provider’s exciting course offering and commitment to developing young people.
The new logo has been designed to capture the brand’s heritage, while the range of colours add vibrancy, energy and excitement.
The Learning Foundry is also set to move into a new state of the art campus later this year. The new campus will allow The Learning Foundry to expand its links with local businesses and open up new opportunities for learners.
Joanne Abraham, Managing Director of The Learning Foundry, said:
“We are really excited to launch our new brand which we believe better represents what The Learning Foundry is about.
“We are passionate about making young people shine and developing their skills for the future. Since joining The Regenda Group we have developed an expansive high-quality training offer and we have been able to offer our learners some fantastic opportunities including sailing on the famous tall ships.
“This new beginning builds on our experience and passion for transforming the lives of people across the city region and making talent shine. We have had a fantastic 25 years as Alder Training, and we are excited for the next 25 years as The Learning Foundry.”
Jon Cooper, Graphic Designer at Agent, said:
“The Learning Foundry’s new brand provided a fantastic opportunity to visualise its wide-ranging course portfolio.
“It was important that the brand matched the new state of the art premises, demonstrating the exciting times ahead for the company and its prospective learners.
“In line with our rebrand process, we worked collaboratively with the team at The Learning Foundry to push the brand visually, bridging the gap between education and experience.”
The new name is inspired by the historic Foundry buildings on Henry Street, an area of regeneration for Liverpool and was devised following a careful process which included staff, learners, employers and other stakeholders.
The Learning Foundry name also reflects the organisation’s core purpose of regenerating places to create opportunities for people.
As part of The Regenda Group, all profits made by The Learning Foundry are gift aided back to the housing provider to reinvest in local communities.
