OneFile is recognised as a Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer

OneFile has been recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 apprenticeship employers at the 2016 National Apprenticeship Awards. Now in their 13th year, the awards took place on 20th January at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London. 

Being recognised as oneof the UK’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers is a major achievement.The awards showcase employers who have invested in apprentices anddelivered the highest standard training programmes to support their learners and grow talent within their business.

After a tough selection process, OneFile was included on the Top 100 list. 

OneFile has been the UK’s leading apprenticeship portfolio provider for over a decade, and is dedicated to helping apprentices reach their full potential. But beyond their software, OneFile supports apprentices in-house too. After hiring their first apprentice in 2012, OneFile has since employed 11 more to support their growth. Let’s look at the numbers:

100% of OneFile apprentices complete their course on-time, 92% continue with the company, and 87% have since secured promotions. In fact, many senior members of staff started at the company as apprentices and have quickly climbed up the ranks to become team leaders, software testers and sales personnel.
