Industry Placements for T: Levels IP 2.2 (OC39S19P1482)
Call to run a project to support industry placements and to establish a robust industry placement programme for T: level learners in the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding region.
Details
The project will broker opportunities with SME employers for young people to engage in industry placements as part of T Level requirements and related activities. They will work with providers to increase the number of opportunities through raising awareness of the quality of the qualification in collaboration with activity provided by the Careers and Enterprise Company.
Applicants must ensure that activity does not duplicate or undermine work that is being delivered by the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC), other funders or through national education and skills policy.
Activity must align with existing ESF funded delivery in the YNYER LEP area and in the Humber LEP overlap area of East Riding and Leeds City Region overlap areas of Selby, York, Craven and Harrogate.

The project must cover the York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP area.
Value
Approximately £500,000 of ESF is available.
Deadlines
Full application deadline: 14 October 2019
Completion date
Projects must be completed no later than 3 years and 6 months after the proposed project start date, however the ESF Managing Authority reserves the right to vary the maximum duration in exceptional circumstances. All ESF Projects must be completed by 31st December 2023. Project costs cannot be incurred beyond this date.

Full Applications submitted in the ECLAIMS IT System after the call closing date shown above and on the call specification will not be appraised.

You will need to request an External Access Form for each person in your organisation who requires access.
It is your responsibility to ensure you request and activate your ECLAIMS access in sufficient time. We strongly advise that you obtain and activate your ECLAIMS access at least 2 weeks prior to the advertised call closure date, if not sooner.
