This year’s report marks half a decade of our State of Technology in Education research. It’s a report like no other, from a year like no other!

Despite growing recognition that tech boosts engagement, educators really struggled to motivate their pupils with tech during school closures. 

So, after years of speculation, it has been confirmed that the classroom setting, and the tools it contains, is absolutely integral to learning.

It’s no surprise, then, that some teachers struggled to motivate and engage pupils during lockdown. But how many, exactly?
