This policy applies only to contracted Ofsted Inspectors. Ofsted staff should check the conflicts of interest policy published internally.
Ofsted Inspectors must disclose all conflicts (including potential conflicts) immediately. If you have any doubts or need further advice, speak to your regional support team (schools and further education) or OI coordinator (early years) first.
