Dragons Den meets Anatomy Lab Live
We are getting ready for the appearance of our CEO Samuel Piri on the new series of Dragons’ Den.
Samuel has appeared in the promotional trailers for the BBC series and we can now reveal that Samuel, with VIVIT (our semi-synthetic human cadaver), will appear in the new series on BBC Two.
A creative, passionate and hardworking entrepreneur, Samuel started delivering educational events in 2012. Since then Samuel has grown the company into one that delivers a range of concepts, focusing on the teaching of anatomy dissection.
“As someone who has led events for three years now, I am used to being in the limelight. However, I am hoping the pressure of being in the Den does not make me too nervous and I am able to show the great strengths in our business”, Samuel said.
Managing Director, Dean Thomas-Lowde said, “I am looking forward to seeing if Sam will be able to crack the ‘no-nonsense’ Dragons and get them to experiment with some hands on dissection.”
With Samuel’s thorough understanding of business acumen, he knows that understanding the combined experience of the Dragons is going to be key if he is to succeed with his pitch. Watch out for Samuel as he pitches to the panel of Dragons. Will Samuel be buried in minutes or will he achieve a killer deal – we are expecting this to be a highly talked about episode.
About The ITAE Group: Trailblazers in educational events and professional training. We believe in creating memorable moments, exciting and captivating, delivering the unimaginable, mind blowing and awe-inspiring. The ITAE Group was formed in September 2015 when Samuel Piri wanted to support schools with the teaching and learning of human anatomy and push more students towards careers in STEM. The ITAE Group began with Operating Theatre Live – our flagship event programme. In 2016 Samuel commissioned VIVIT, he envisioned a 3D human cadaver that was made of real organs. In early 2017 he commissioned a special effects producer to help product design VIVIT. VIVIT launched and forms the centre-piece of an interactive live post-mortem experience. The programme secures knowledge required as part of level 3, 4, 5 and 6 courses. The show was catapulted to success as part of the ITAE Groups’ traveling anatomy show ‘Anatomy Lab LIVE‘.
