Cambridge Regional College wins gold again

Cambridge Regional College (@CRC_College) has achieved Investors in People, gold accreditation for the second consecutive time. The college has been accredited since 1995 and first achieved Gold status in 2018.  It is now one of only 17% of 50,000 accredited organisations across the UK to achieve Gold status.

Mark Robertson, Principal said,

“We are delighted to have achieved IIP gold again. CRC is a community of people dedicated to the wellbeing and success of our students, and to the happiness and success of our staff. This award confirms that we are making great progress as an organisation that values and cares about people.”

Cambridge Regional College employs more than 800 members of staff at campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon, who support the further education and wellbeing of 1000s of full-time and part-time students. In consultation with students and staff, the college developed a set of values that sit at the heart of the college community ethos. These values are remembered and shared with the mnemonic WeAreCRC: Welcoming, Empowering, Aspirational, Resilient, Excellent, Courageous, Respectful, Collaborative.
