City Corporation to hold capital’s first ever virtual London Careers Festival
The @CityofLondon Corporation will host the capital’s first ever #virtual careers festival for young Londoners
The London Careers Festival (LCF), which was set to take place at the Guildhall, the home of the City Corporation, will now take place virtually between the 29 June and 3 July.
A number of major organisations including, Bloomberg, Education and Employers, London Southbank University, PWC, NatWest and the Metropolitan Police Service will host live sessions for pupils of all ages talking about career paths and skills.
The LCF will be the second of its kind, building on the success of last year’s event which connected more than 5,000 pupils with 120 organisations.
The aim of LCF is to connect pupils with the world of work, so not only are they introduced to the diverse array of opportunities offered across London and beyond, but to fuel their imaginations, develop their skills and inspire their futures.

Caroline Haines, Chair of the London Careers Festival, said:
“This year’s London Careers Festival will provide London’s diverse young people with a wealth of knowledge and resources.
“Now more than ever, all students need to be supported in their educational journey and the virtual LCF will provide a platform for them to connect with interesting, progressive organisations and learn about the world of work and the skills needed for it.”
A wide range of information that provide skills and career related resources for pupils, parents and teachers to explore virtually.
