Ambitious partnership project is an exciting milestone for South Eastern Regional College
South Eastern Regional College (SERC) signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lahore Garrison University
The MoU will allow the two organisations to work in partnership to develop combined programmes, staff exchange schemes, and explore new areas of opportunities and commercial ventures.
The MoU was signed by Mr Obaid Bin Zakira, Vice Chancellor, Lahore Garrison University and Mr Ken Webb Principal and Chief Executive, SERC at the College’s Lisburn Campus.
Mr Asif Khan, a representative from Pakistan High Commission, London was also present to show their support of the partnership.
During the visit Mr Zakira and Mr Rana, Education Advisor, Lahore Garrison University, toured the Lisburn and Bangor Campuses and had the opportunity to speak to students, lecturers and staff.
Ken Webb, Principal and Chief Executive, SERC said,
“This ambitious partnership project is an exciting milestone that recognises the College’s continued focus on sharing our expertise and learning on a global scale.
He continued, “I have great pleasure in signing the Memorandum and look forward to the partnership flourishing in the future. It is testimony to the growing reputation of SERC that we have been successful in securing this prestigious partnership with Lahore Garrison University which will benefit both our organisations.”
South Eastern Regional College are hosting a full-time open evening 4.00pm – 7.00pm on Wednesday 13 November at Bangor, Downpatrick, Lisburn and Newtownards Campuses.
