99% pass rate for A Level students studying with ICS Learn

• 99% of all A Level students studying with ICS Learn received a pass result or higher
• A Level Mathematics, Law, Sociology, Economics, Business, and Psychology courses experienced a 100% pass rate

99% of students at ICS Learn, one of the UK’s leading providers of online qualifications, passed their A Level courses, according to figures released this week, despite widespread fears nationally regarding COVID-19 grade reductions.

ICS Learn students who studied a range of A Level courses, including A Level Mathematics, Law, Sociology, Economics, Business, English Literature, Psychology were entered for assessment in this year’s diet.

In all, 99% of students received a pass grade or higher. 83% received grades ranging from A* to C.

A Level Mathematics, Law, Sociology, Economics, Business, and Psychology all experienced 100% pass rates. A Level English Literature was the most popular course studied, with 21% of students being entered for assessment.

The UK learning provider, which provides professional, GCSE and A Levels qualifications to around 20,000 students across the world, attributes the high pass rate partly to the flexibility that online study provides.

Dr. Sean McCready, Director of Education and Skills at ICS Learn said:

  “Many of our students choose to study online to resit their A Levels and improve their grades. They are often juggling full-time jobs or family commitments and can’t commit to going back to school or college.

“Their achievements prove that studying online can be just as effective as studying in a physical classroom. These grades reflect the hard work and dedication that our students and our tutors put into learning every year.”

Joseph Mann, who studied an A Levels with ICS Learn this year and achieved an A grade said:
