Protocol, the leading full-service recruitment agency in the education, skills and training sector has announced the promotion of Chloe Skillington to Associate Director of Recruitment (Professional) and the appointment of Lee Cope in a newly created role of Associate Director of Recruitment (FE).
Protocol, who operate nationally, announced that due to an ambitious and exciting expansion plan, they have recruited Lee to join their Senior Leadership Team to spearhead the sector’s largest Recruitment Team dedicated to servicing FE Colleges for Temporary Work Assignments and Permanent recruitment. Lee joins Protocol with significant experience as a Curriculum Programme Manager and will advise, support and develop their FE team to improve service levels and increase conversion.

Additionally, Protocol also announced the promotion of Chloe Skillington to Associate Director of Recruitment (Professional). Chloe has years of recruitment and leadership experience, much gained with Protocol.
