Would you like to be involved with supporting the delivery of T-Levels which City & Guilds has been successful in winning for Engineering and Manufacturing?

We are looking for competent T Level Marking Examiners to join us in the delivery of the Autumn 2024 assessment series and beyond.

This associate role gives you the opportunity to work alongside your current job, to build additional income with competitive daily rates, and to continue to develop your own skills and development.

Further detail on these elements, including sample assessments, can be found in the qualification specification on the 8730 qualification webpage.

The Task Profile outlines the expectations of the Marking examiner role and the Person Specification outlines the experience we’re looking for someone to have as a marking examiner.

Marking activity must take place within the UK.

The Employer-set project samples knowledge drawn from across the core content in relation to the specific project version context. It is an assessment that is externally-set and externally-marked, made up of several tasks that will take place within controlled conditions, assessing the knowledge and skills learned as part of the core element of the T Level.

When completing your application, it is essential you read the person specification fully, and map your application to show where you meet the requirements set out. Please note applications that do not demonstrate meeting the person specification may be declined or delayed. We look forward to receiving your application.

Applications will be reviewed on an on-going basis, suitable applicants will be invited to attend training in 2024.

If you are interested in more than one Marking Examiner role, or specialist area, you will need to apply for each one using the link to apply under each role.

We believe that diversity and inclusion strengthen and enriches us, and that it is the responsibility of everyone at the City & Guilds Group to drive this value.

We work hard to be inclusive in our approach to recruitment and associate opportunities, whilst still ensuring we meet our regulatory requirements. We strongly encourage and welcome applications from diverse and underrepresented communities.
