The Recruitment Consultant Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you ll be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in matching outstanding educators with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with schools and education professionals to understand their needs.
- Sourcing and placing candidates into roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to successful placement.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations at every step.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a supportive, rewarding environment.
What We re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven individual who:
- Has previous experience in recruitment (education recruitment is a plus!).
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Thrives in a team environment but also works effectively independently.
