Job Title: Mechanical Refrigeration Trainer
Location: South Hampshire – Centre based
Salary: £36,200 – £38,700

Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
– Deliver theoretical and practical technical training programmes within Mechanical Refrigeration (engineering techniques; complex systems routines; maintenance; diagnostics and repair).
– Coach, support and motivate learners throughout their training programme
– Maintain and update training documentation.
– Carry out maintenance for training equipment and aids.
– Assess the performance of trainees and provide feedback to the Quality Cell and Department Training Manager.
– Monitoring of attendance for course delegates.
Essential Criteria:
– Must hold an F Gas qualification within Refrigeration.
– Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent, in Engineering.
– Must have experience of working with Marine Mechanical systems, including: skill of hand techniques and engineering.
– DBS cleared/happy to undergo clearance.
