Exciting Opportunity: Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer
Join an award-winning Healthcare Team with an OFSTED grade 2 and a commitment to making a difference. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic professional for a hybrid-based role that offers both flexibility and security.
As a Level 5 Health and Social Care Trainer, you will:
Deliver comprehensive training up to the Level 5 Leader in Adult Care, shaping future leaders in the healthcare industry.
Oversee a minimum caseload of 45 learners, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills
Enjoy a mix of remote work and face-to-face engagement during progress reviews and personalized tutoring sessions in your designated region across the East & West Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide learners towards achieving their apprenticeships or qualifications, including Diplomas, through to Gateway and successful End Point Assessment.
Regularly assess work and provide constructive feedback, paying close attention to spelling, punctuation, and grammar, while updating the E-Portfolio system (Aptem).
Identify and assist learners with additional learning needs, utilizing the neurodiversity platform Cognassist for support.
Promote and continually monitor safeguarding, PREVENT, British Values, Health, Safety and Wellbeing, and equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all aspects of the role.
Experience and Skills:
Hold a teaching or assessing qualification such as AET, CAVA, TAQA, PTLLS, or equivalent.
Occupational experience as a manager in the health and social care industry.
Relevant qualification up to level 5 in health and social care.
Experience delivering apprenticeships.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high caseloads.

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 (Up to 10,000 in bonus)
