We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work alongside our Quality Team to ensure the College maintains exceptionally high standards in the delivery of teaching & learning. You will teach lecturers studying for qualified teacher status and assess candidates towards national recognised standards. The role will play a pivotal role in the professional development and education of teachers at Leeds College of Building. This position involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the teacher trainer programme to ensure that lecturers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their own teaching, learning and assessment. The successful applicant will promote and support the dissemination of highly effective teaching and learning strategies. developing and delivering staff development activities to meet the needs of individual staff or teams.

Part of the role will also to work as a Curriculum & Innovation Lead which will involve supporting teaching staff to continuously improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment at Leeds College of Building, ensuring consistently high-quality learning opportunities for all our students.

You will be expected to complete Learning Visits, collect feedback from students and support the Head of Quality in completing Curriculum Area Reviews and other associated teaching and learning review activity.

You will also support individual staff to ensure the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment is of a consistently high standard.
