Hours: 37 Hours X 52 Weeks

As a Functional Skills Main Grade Lecturer in our dynamic and rewarding team, you’ll play a key part in developing the skills of our young people to help them progress to their next steps.

Key Responsibilities

* Planning, delivery and assessment of Functional Skills from Entry Level to Level 1
* Developing personalised and innovative lessons to break down barriers to learning and support learner success
* Use a Quality Teaching First approach to ensure an inclusive environment for all of our young people
* Support curriculum development and IQA processes
* Help to raise aspirations of our young people

Skills & Knowledge
