My exclusive client based in Tunbridge Wells is looking to recruit a Junior Procurement Officer who has completed further education to a graduate level of any kind. You will have an interest in forging a career and having an interest in handling procurement in projects.
Day to Day of the Junior Procurement Officer:

  • You will be providing advice and guidance on the appropriate procurement processes to key stakeholders and contract managers, ensuring that they are followed compliantly.
  • General administrative support to the Procurement department
  • Processing payment card purchases
  • Generating transparency reports,
  • Utilities monitoring
  • Stationery ordering

Requirements of the Junior Procurement Officer:

  • Strong soft skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Graduate level of industry
  • Interest in procurement
  • Interested in taking future exams to become CIPS or MCIPS qualified
