Position Overview:

Full-Time Commitment: 37.5 hours per week with flexible working options.

Deliver Inspiring Lessons: Engage adult learners with dynamic, non-accredited courses.
Innovate Curriculum: Develop and tailor curriculum to enhance learning experiences.

Boost Engagement: Foster high levels of participation and attendance.
Maintain Records: Keep precise and up-to-date learner records.
Share Industry Expertise: Bring real-world insights to your teaching.

What We’re Looking For:

Teaching Qualification: Preferred but not mandatory.
Assessor Qualification: Preferred but not mandatory.
Vocational Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Hospitality or Warehouse settings.
Personal Traits: Resilient, self-reliant, and focused on learner success.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
IT Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and CRM systems.
Team Spirit: Values trust, integrity, and inclusivity.
