Job Title: Head of Education

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: up to £60,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

Duties include:

– Manage the timely and effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring a high-quality provision is delivered.
– Overseeing of financial performance to ensure profitability by maximising contract performance.

– To ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are in place and that a culture of continuous service improvement is embedded.
– Identify areas of improvement and drive change for success across the Education team.
– Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality curriculum is developed.
– Maximise contract performance to ensure all contractual targets and obligations are met.
– Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.
– Develop and maintain strong partnerships (internally and externally). 

Essential Criteria:

– Hold QTS or equivalent
– Must have experience of leading within an education setting.

– Must have experience of financial management and delivery against service level agreements.    
– Experience of curriculum development.
