Location: Hybrid (Derby office)

Salary: £27,011 pa (pro rata)

Contract: 30 hours per week

We are looking for an exceptional person to work as part of the End-Point Assessment Team to coordinate all activities needed to ensure the effective and efficient recruitment, training and quality assurance of associates.

Responsibilities
Coordinating the onboarding and training of our associate assessors.

Support the recruitment and onboarding process for associate assessors
Coordinate and facilitate the training for end-point assessors including, standards, systems and processes
Plan assessment schedules to ensure end-point assessors are in place, monitoring and acting on conflicts of interest or potential conflicts of interest.
Carry out procedures to ensure that proctored assessments are conducted fairly and are valid, reliable, and consistent.
Ensure agreed procedures are followed for recording, storing, and maintaining confidentiality of information in a timely manner and records are kept up to date and accessible across the team.
Review enquiries from the assessment inbox and coordinate responses accordingly.
Provide support, advice, and guidance to the wider EPA team.
Support the operation of AIM quality assurance processes in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and contribute to AIM quality enhancement activity

Awarding and certification
Gather all information needed to ensure the awarding tracker is maintained allowing for effective awarding of apprentice achievement
Identify, prepare and share samples for all EPA awarding meetings
Ensure completed mark sheets from assessments have been completed correctly and received within service standard timeframes
Coordinate the activities needed for awarding meetings including the accurate recording of those meetings
Carry out all activities needed for the processing and certification of apprentice results
Check all assessor invoices against assessment related activities, manage any queries and arrange for payment where appropriate.

IQA allocation
Review the IQA sampling plan and allocate IQAs to assessment as necessary
Coordinate all communication to IQAs detailing dates, type and deadlines for IQA
Ensure all IQA reports are completed and received within service standard timeframes
Ensure all actions arising from the IQA reports are appropriately recorded on internal systems

Ensuring that the technical knowledge for the role is up to date by:
Maintaining a thorough and current knowledge of qualification regulator and institute for apprenticeship assessment requirements in order to contribute to AIM compliance.
Maintaining a strong, research-driven evidence base of assessment knowledge

Effective communicator both verbally and written
Ability to interpret information and work autonomously.
Ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills
Ability to prioritise work flow to support the needs of the business
High level of analyse and problem solving skills.
Ability to identify and introduce techniques to support department processes and procedures.
Self motivated, self starter
Experienced administrator with customer service background
Ability to work to deadlines effectively.

Desirable requirements:

Knowledge of working in an End-Point assessment organisation
Knowledge of apprenticeships
Knowledge of internal compliance processes
Experience of delivering excellent customer service
