About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enrolment Officer to join our client’s team. You will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient enrolment of learners across various contracts, including Multiply and Bootcamps. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and a passion for supporting learners in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the enrolment process for learners on DPS 7, Multiply, and Bootcamps contracts.
Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Liaise with learners, tutors, and administrative teams to confirm enrolment details and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Provide ongoing support and advice to learners regarding their enrolment status and address any queries they may have.
Maintain accurate records of enrolment data, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Contribute to the improvement of enrolment processes and procedures where necessary.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of the contracts.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an enrolment, administrative, or educational support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with learners, colleagues, and external partners.
Knowledge or experience with DPS 7, Multiply, or Bootcamps contracts is advantageous but not essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and learner management systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
