The Opportunity
This diverse and influential role leads our expanding adult education provision, commercial training portfolio, and project initiatives – three key growth areas for the college. You’ll shape strategy, drive innovation, and have real impact on our communities’ future success.

As Director of Learning for Adults, Commercial and Projects, you’ll: 
– Lead a diverse portfolio spanning adult education, commercial training, and funded projects 
– Control substantial budgets with autonomy to invest in growth opportunities 
– Join our high-performing College Leadership Team in shaping institutional strategy 
– Build partnerships with regional employers and stakeholders 
– Drive innovations in curriculum design and delivery 
– Lead multiple teams across various specialisms 
– Contribute to our ambitious growth targets in adult education and commercial provision
