Job Title: Apprenticeship Performance Manager – Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships
Location: Guildford – Home / Field based (Must be flexible with travel)
Salary: up to £41,500 Bonus excellent benefits including Healthcare Plan
Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Role:
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of Teaching Assistant Assessor’s, to achieve: sustained high performance, quality of delivery and business growth in line with our client’s standards and Apprenticeship strategy.
- Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
- Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.
- Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching and ongoing support to include one to ones and reviews.
- Monitoring the delivery of Functional Skills qualifications, ensuring learners are achieving in a timely manner.
- Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of performance managing and motivating a team of Assessor’s delivering on Apprenticeship Standards.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Possess strong performance management and motivational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
- Must be flexible with travel.
