Position
Salary: £22,800 – £25,000 – Full time (36.5 hours a week) – Monday to Friday
Location: Remote – home based

This role is about effective planning and organisation. You’ll use your skills to play a critical part in the effective delivery and coordination of the End Point Assessment process.

Working in collaboration with operational teams, employers, and key stakeholders you will ensure that an accurate and responsive End Point Assessment (EPA) service is provided. You will embody our values and pledge by supporting the learner from the gateway to ensure they have a positive and successful EPA experience.

Please note internally this role with be known as an End Point Assessment Coordinator

Requirements
As an EPAC you will…

. Coordinate all End Point Assessment processes for our learners in line with awarding organisation and regulatory policies and procedures

. Support learners through their End Point Assessment journey from gateway through to completion, providing an exceptional service

. Work collaboratively with Personal Tutors to ensure learners are prepared to through gateway and End Point Assessment

. Liaise with learners and manage the booking of End Point Assessments

· Maintain accurate schedules and records of learners’ progress to ensure timely achievement of learner’s qualifications

. Positively impact business QAR

. Maintain standards and other related requirements of awarding organisations with a focus on End Point Assessment

. Upload gateway documents to the relevant End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) portals, ready for booking End Point Assessments

. Monitor and update the EPA tracker

. Maintain BUD systems, updating in line with EPA stage

. Retrieve certificates and send to learners

. Booking of exams

. Supporting the EPAC team with any additional administration activities

What we need from you:

. Experience of working in a coordination role, ideally for End Point Assessment

. Knowledge of End Point Assessment processes and Awarding body requirements in further education

. Effective interpersonal communication skills – both written and verbal

. IT literate with strong knowledge of MS Office and bespoke systems e.g., EPAO Portals, Bud and PowerBI

. Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent

. Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance qualification or willingness to acquire

. Attention to detail
