Hours: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

About the Role

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for building relationships and driving success? We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! If you’re ready to take on a role where your strategic thinking and customer-focused approach will make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Develop and managing strong employer relationships to drive the engagement of local employers for work placements and work-related projects. Working collaboratively with local and regional employers and other stakeholders to drive the quality and opportunities of work experience to enhance the employability and progression opportunities for our students.

This is a hybrid, role, 3 days on site, this can be subject to change depending on client needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain productive working relationships with employers to achieve outstanding outcomes for employers and our students
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing communications, and delivering solutions.
* Strategic planning and a commitment to continuous improvement to ensure a high-quality, customer-focused service is delivered to all students and employers
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

Skills & Knowledge
