Two new directors join the non-executive board of Rennes School of Business
Two new directors have just joined existing members serving on the non-executive board of the Rennes School of Business.
Karina Kuzmak and Anne Le Goff, both of whom have had remarkable careers, complete a team that is now composed of six members.
Following a recommendation by François Chatel, Director General of the Rennes School of Business, two business leaders from iconic Breton companies have been appointed to the Rennes SB board.
Karina Kuzmak, CEO of Global Timac Agro, a subsidiary of the Roullier Group.
Global Timac Agro is the main subsidiary of the Roullier Group. It is based in Saint-Malo (Brittany) and employs 7,000 people. Through its subsidiaries, Global Timac Agro is present in 40 countries and has 85 production entities operating on three continents (Europe, North America and South America). Having occupied a range of roles at the Roullier Group for 13 years, Argentinian national Karina Kuzmak has now been the CEO of Global Timac Agro for over five years.
Anne Le Goff, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Crédit Mutuel ARKEA.
Anne Le Goff has been managing the Crédit Mutuel Arkéa Group whose head office is in Brest (Brittany) for two years in tandem with the CEO. The Group employs 12,000 people in 2 banking networks (Crédit Mutuel de Bretagne and Crédit Mutuel du Sud-Ouest) and in more than 20 subsidiaries, covering the whole of France. Anne Le Goff has already been invested in Higher Education, as a member of the board and then as President of the Rennes 1 Foundation, from 2010 to 2014.

The Rennes School of Business operates with a non-executive board. Supporting the Director General (Thomas Froehlicher), gathered around the president (François Chatel), the board votes on major strategic and financial orientations and approves important decisions. It must also formulate opinions and can issue advice.

A new board composed of three male and three female executives
In addition to the appointment of Karina Kuzmak and Anne Le Goff, the four other board members were renewed:
- Valérie Cottereau, CEO of Artefacto and member of the Ouest France supervisory board in charge of the CSR committee, member of the UE 35 committee and member of the Produit en Bretagne board of directors
- Yann-Etienne Le Gall, Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Human Resources, Communications and Organisation – of the Rocher Group He taught at the Sciences Po Paris university for nine years.
- Jacques Delanoë, Director of GFT, Chairman of the Stade Rennais Football Club, and manager of the Yao! and Nominoë Foundations
- Olivier Clanchin, Chairman and CEO of Triballat-Noyal and Chairman of the ABEA network
