Diversity Ambassadors Appointed to Improve Equality in Employment
Ex England Rugby International Ugo Monye, and 2019 Apprentice Finalist Scarlett Allen-Horton have been appointed as diversity and inclusion ambassadors by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
Scarlett and Ugo will help the Recruitment industry to achieve best practice in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce which will in turn help them do more to tackle inequality of opportunity in employment for their clients.
