Overview
This webinar will help leaders and managers reflect on and consider their strategic direction and priorities. The focus is placed on working with employers, the design of curricula strategy and processes, identifying challenges, issues and finding solutions to inform effective planning and delivery of apprenticeship standards and adult learning programmes.
Objectives
This webinar will cover:
- Working with employers to identify and overcome barriers and challenges in the apprentice and adult learner recruitment and onboarding processes;
- Co-creation of the curricula and curriculum planning to inform Learner and apprentice Training Plans;
- Keeping the learner/apprentice on track, motivated to achieve and make good progress in sector specific knowledge, skills and behaviours and the wider core components.
