So how can you ensure that your observations of practice enhance CPD for your colleagues and benefit your apprentices? How can we successfully bridge the relationship between quality assurance and practitioner development?

About your session
The session will be led by Lou Doyle, CEO Mesma and Senior Strategic Associate SDN. Lou is an industry leading quality improvement specialist, facilitator and coach.
Lou will be drawing on SDN and Mesma’s collective work, supporting over 6,000 apprenticeship staff from 1,000 organisations, to deliver and improve the quality of their apprenticeships.
