Overview
Induction is often the first real contact with learners and so it is important to initiate a positive and meaningful experience and establish a solid platform for development.
This interactive webinar will look at the key requirements of an effective and engaging induction and how the information collected can be used to effectively plan learning and development.
Content will cover the core aspects of an engaging and meaningful induction; collecting and effectively recording useful information and; utilising the induction process to build relationships that inform a positive learning experience.
