Overview Attending this webinar will develop your professional competency by evolving your understanding of the Domestic Abuse Bill 2021, exploring diverse aspects of domestic abuse, fostering a culture of safety for learners to share concerns, enhancing your response to issues, establishing a robust recording and referral procedure, and guiding you to additional support resources. Objectives This webinar will help delegates to understand:
  • The Domestic Abuse Bill 2021;
  • The different forms of domestic abuse including coercive control;
  • The lived reality for those impacted by domestic abuse;
  • How to create a culture of safety (in relation to responding to disclosures) supporting learners to share concerns;
  • How to respond effectively to concerns when identified or reported;
  • How to implement robust recording and referral mechanisms;
  • How to access further support and guidance.
