There are many factors that need to be considered prior to creating individual learning plans (ILPs) in order to fully support apprentice development and apprenticeship delivery.
Often, the usefulness of an ILP is overlooked and overshadowed by compliance requirements to keep them up to date.
This webinar is an opportunity to reconnect with the purpose behind creating great quality individual learning plans and how they can be used as ‘success plans’ within learning.
