One of the highlights of the Cambridge Access Validating Agency’s Annual Conference last December was Nork Zakarian’s workshop on ‘AI in Adult Education’. Given the popularity of the session and the significance of this subject, we are delighted to be opening this online workshop to all. The workshop will cover:
- Introduction to AI and a prompting framework for effective AI generation.
- A practical activity to generate content relevant to your professional practice that may include assessment design, unit design, enhancing accessibility for diverse needs, personalised learning, and lesson plans.
- Good Practice and supporting colleges to engage with AI.
- Discussion on guidance on the use of AI in assessment, data privacy, future of assessment, academic integrity, detecting AI misuse and mitigation strategies. If you would like to attend, please register here.
