LLUK’s Sue Dutton needs your help to promote Work-Based Learning to the Government
LLUK’s Interim chief executive Sue Dutton would like your help to promote Work-Based Learning to the Government. LLUK recently completed a study into the qualifications of delivery staff (NVQ Assessors, Verifiers, Tutors, etc) within Work-Based Learning training providers. Interestingly, 90 per cent of the individuals within training providers were sufficiently qualified to deliver Government contracts.
Ms Dutton explains that colleges, universities and other education institutions can provide comprehensive data to Government when asked. The Work-Based Learning sector has many independent providers, meaning collating the data has traditionally been a difficult task.
