Paul Eeles discusses the new ALP, LLUK and IFL Delivery Staff framework

Paul Eeles, ALP (Association of Learning Providers) Director of Sector Reforms chats exclusively with FE News about the joint ALP, LLUK and IFL development on the new delivery staff framework for Work Based Learning and Skills providers (EG: NVQ Assessors and delivery staff specialising in vocational skills training delivery).

The new framework is the result of a huge amount of research with Work based learning and specialist ‘skills’ related training providers ALP, LLUK and IFL have developed a new training programme for Delivery staff to meet and shape their workforce needs.

The new framework is to be launched at the ALP’s Autumn Conference (This Years InTray) on 25th October… but Paul gives us a sneak preview of the developments for delivery staff (NVQ Assessors, Internal Verifiers etc)
