Paul Eeles discusses what the Skills Funding Agency Minimum Contract Levels mean to training providers and colleges

Paul Eeles, Director of Sector Reform for the Association of Learning Providers, discusses the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) proposed Minimum Contract Level (MCL) for the next academic year.

Paul explains that time is moving very rapidly with the SFA Minimum Contract Level with Providers and Colleges having to make their decisions on how to move forward in the New Year.

Paul explains what the proposed SFA MCL will potentially mean to the FE and Skills sector. Things have progressed quickly with minimum contract levels looking likely to be at least £500,000.

Paul discusses the options available to Training Providers and FE Colleges to work with the Skills Funding Agency with their new MCL.
