NES launches new website
Large employers looking to invest in training their workforce have a valuable new resource
with the launch of the new National Employer Service (NES) website.
NES offers specialist advice and direct funding for workforce development to the UK’s
leading employers.
The new website offers clear guidance on working with NES, as well as a resource library
which will help large employers find the information they need at the click of a button. The
website also includes opinion pieces and employer case studies.
NES supports companies with over 5000 employees and a vision for acheiving success through
workforce development. NES not only helps employers to fully understand their options, but
can also support them in building the required expertise for delivering programmes in-house.
NES also offers a direct funding contract so that employers can put in place the training
and assessment system that will work best for their business and their people. The contract
offers public funding in line with government priorities, encouraging employers to invest
more, not less, in the skills of their people.
