Getting Apprenticeships into schools Exclusive by David Way
Previously in this column I discussed the importance of getting employers to offer Apprenticeships. Using focused marketing campaigns and word of mouth advocacy, we want to ensure employers understand the wide range of benefits an Apprenticeship can bring to their business. The flip side of this however, is that we must also ensure young people know about Apprenticeships and the career opportunities they provide.
