Audencia’s triple acceditation is renewed for five years
In December 2020 Audencia announced its reaccreditation by EQUIS and AMBA for the maximum period of five years. AACBS has just reaccredited Audencia for the same maximum period. The triple crown has been renewed for the maximum period possible
Audencia is part of a selected circle of business schools benefiting from triple accreditation by EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA, recognising its commitment to excellence in higher education. At the end of 2020 the School announced the positive feedback received from both AMBA and EQUIS. This morning, Audencia has been further reaccredited by AACSB, also for the same maximum period of five years.
The AACSB peer-review team put forward the following strengths:
– Audencia’s programmes are totally aligned with the School’s expertise (CSR, supply chain, etc.)
– It has an innovative learning approach for students, such as the creation of podcasts, the FabLab, the learning lab and many concrete projects with companies
– competency-based learning is integral to the programmes, with opportunities for each student to develop these competencies throughout the programme, and with Audencia’s Career Centre playing a central role in student life
– Digital transformation at Audencia is proceeding with speed
– Priority is given to multidisciplinary skills acquisition in the School’s development, particularly with high-quality double degrees in a variety of fields including art, design, law, political science, and engineering
AACSB Auditors have highlighted three areas of excellence at Audencia:
- The School’s competency-based approach to learning & teaching, which is based on close links and an understanding of the needs of business and society
- The efforts put in place to support students, particularly with the Future Leader Centre, a mentoring system for students to join highly selective paths of excellence, in France and internationally
- Initiatives for staff professional development, including online training and personalised support for staff, so that the whole organisation develops new skills
Audencia’s Dean Christophe Germain is delighted: “Audencia is completing its reaccreditation cycle, which began in July 2020, and once again its quality has been recognised and rewarded. It is a great satisfaction for all the teams and valuable capital on which the School can continue to rely for its development within the framework of our new strategic plan beginning this year.”
