College offers picture perfect course

@BarnsleyCollege can help you learn how to snap that perfect photo in 2021 with our part-time photography course.

Starting in January 2021, the six-week evening programme costs £150. Aimed at beginners, you will cover the most important functions and techniques of digital photography including composition, rule of thirds, DSLR and lenses, crop sensors and settings, lighting and arrangement.

You can use the skills learned on this course and apply them immediately in your daily life or to begin a career in professional photography.

The course will also cover elements of post-photo editing techniques using the appropriate industry standard software, such as Adobe Photoshop. Classes will take place in our superb SciTech Digital Innovation Hub, which opened in September 2020.
