Making The Leap’s Early Careers Talent Fair 2025, supported by Pentland Brands

Making The Leap are hosting an Early Careers Talent Fair specifically for those aged 16-19 from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds, with exhibitors from a range of industries including law, financial services, real estate, fashion and more.

On the back of National Careers Week (March 3rd-8th), which focuses on guidance and resources, this Early Careers Talent Fair is designed for young people looking to take their next step by exploring live apprenticeship and internship opportunities, and meeting employers who will be hiring for these roles.

Which companies will be exhibiting?

  • Pentland Brands: Owner of Sports, Outdoor and Fashion retailers
  • bp: Oil and gas company
  • BNP Paribas: Financial Services company
  • Paul, Weiss: Law firm
  • OCS: Global facilities services organisation
  • CloserStill Media: Events company
  • Savills: Real estate company
  • Legal and General: Financial services company

For those interested in visual effects and animations, employees from Framestore will also be at the fair representing Access VFX to provide advice on getting into the VFX and animation industries!

**Attendees who fill out a feedback form will be entered into a draw to win a £50 Amazon voucher!**
