Job Title: Maths Tutor

Pay Rate: £26.62 per hour (+ P&P)
Location: Dudley
Hours: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Maths Tutor to join our team, providing high-quality support to students in Dudley. This is a flexible role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one Maths tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and materials aligned with the national curriculum.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment to inspire student confidence and success.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of students.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience tutoring Maths, particularly at GCSE level, is highly desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and two years of professional references.
• Strong knowledge of GCSE Maths and excellent communication skills.
• A passion for helping students achieve their academic potential.
